Our buried grain bin / Root Cellar has done a
great job of
keeping our root crops through the winter!
We finally started up the greenhouse for the
season!
Trays of onions, shallots, celeriac
& rosemary.
A few more flats of leeks.
Our "starter" greenhouse, heated with wood.
Onions are germinating.
Putting up the new BIG greenhouse.
Above & Below: Peppers are germinating.
Broccoli starting to germinate.
Cauliflower, also, germinating.
Peppers are getting bigger.
New greenhouse end wall in progress (above & below).
